Acro dance may be not officially classed as a sport although we do believe that dance and sport are very closely aligned. This is certainly very close to being synchronised aerobic gymnastics.
Whatever you think definitely worth checking out some of the incredible moves and the strength, co-ordination and timing to pull them off.
What is incredible is this Russian team came second with this performance!
